No. The portal runs in the browser on your phone or computer. You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email, so there’s no password to remember.
Will I see how my posts are doing?+
Yes. Each month your report in the portal shows reach, engagement and followers by platform against the month before, your top posts, what worked and what we’re focusing on next.
Can more than one person on my team approve?+
Yes. Invite colleagues from Your team in the portal and choose each person’s role: who can view, who can comment, and who can approve.
Is my information private?+
Yes. Your company only ever sees its own work, and drafts stay with us until we send them to you for review.
What happens if I don’t approve in time?+
Your account lead follows up. Nothing is posted without your approval unless you’ve asked us to post on schedule.
